Peppa's Adventure In Old Hunstanton
Hi guys! It has been a week since we went on holiday to Old Hunstanton and it was Peppa's first big adventure. We all had the best time and made lots of friends along the way.
We arrived on the Sunday and Peppa couldn't wait to get out and explore! So we headed straight off to the beach!!!!
Peppa met lots of people, children and most importantly for her, other dogs to play with!
She met Lily the Boxer, who she had a drink with in the bar on the first night in our Doggy friendly hotel, The Lodge! They were best of friends and they even met as we were walking down to the beach the next morning!
She met Bob the Great Dane/Rottweiler cross and he was ever so gentle with her, he must have known she was a baby, as did all the dogs! She also met Poppy (a small mongrel) and Annie the Great Dane and she even shared her water bowl with Annie, what a lovely kind dog Peppa is! She also shared her homemade dog biscuits with them too, which had garlic and cheese in! Peppa loves cheese! We sat and had a cuppa with the owners who were a joy to sit and talk to!

When Peppa made it down to the beach, you could see for miles!! She loved eating the razor clam shells and digging in the sand! I think we might have to get her a sand pit for the garden!!! As Peppa was running along the sand, she bumped into three dogs and their owner. They were called Sophie and Max the King Charles spaniels and Toby the Beagle (he was a grumpy old man and didn't want to play). She then met the most beautiful Blue Merle Border Collie you have ever seen...Gracey! Her owner told Peppa not to over excite Gracey as she suffers from epilepsy and must not be over excited! Peppa understood and left Gracey to play catch the ball with her Dad while Peppa carried on digging in the Sand! "Peppa in the sand...goes round and round".
We said our goodbyes to Gracey, Max, Sophie and Toby and headed on our way back to The Lodge.
Peppa was very tired from all the excitement of meeting all those people and new doggy friends and as soon as she got back to her little room, Peppa had a lovely snooze......
We had some lovely food while we were up in Old Hunstanton, Roast Lamb on Sunday, Afternoon Tea on my Birthday (Monday 16th May) and on the Tuesday I had scampi and chips while Peppa played with her new friend, the Cockerpoo, Chilli! She also met another Collie called Bob, but he was a bit of a grumpy old fellow. After having a delightful G&T out in the pub garden, we decided to go in and have a sit and chill with Daisy (the Golden Lab), Buster (the Chocolate Lab) and Rosy (the Whippet).
This is just the beginning of Peppa's adventures and who knows where they will lead her next! The more dog friends and people and children she meets, the more confident will become!
Peppa just wants to be friends with everyone! Will you be her friend?
Thank you for reading this blog and I hope you will visit us next time for more of Peppa's Puppy Adventures!!!
